In short
- Since Nov 1, 2022, new solar is on Schedule SELF-GEN: you pay for all imports and earn the avoided cost of energy for every export, $0.0678 per kWh for Jul 2026–Jun 2027, adjusted by time of day (up to $0.0995 on summer peak). Credits carry forward and are paid out when service ends.
- Residential solar customers must be on the D-TOU rate.
- Battery rebate (bought on or after Jul 1, 2026): $500 per kWh up to $10,000, or $850 per kWh up to $17,000 for income-qualified SHARE customers. Apply within 180 days.
