Orange County Power AuthorityTreats net-billing customers' generation as if it were under NEM 2.0, the most generous CCA policy we found; surplus paid 10% above SCE's rate.
San Diego Community PowerAdds $0.0075 per kWh to generation export credits for 6 years; surplus paid at wholesale plus $0.0075.
Clean Energy AllianceAdds $0.01 per kWh on top of SDG&E's export credit.
